The A-category Kálvin Square office building, managed by ConvergenCE and boasting exceptional panoramic views, has reached another milestone this year: the premium-category property has achieved a near-record 99 percent lease occupancy. The building's popularity can be attributed to a strategic development approach and a commitment to sustainable, innovative work environments.

Located in one of Budapest's most vibrant hubs at Kálvin Square, the office building offers over 9,000 square meters of usable area with modern, professionally designed spaces and outstanding service offerings.

"Kálvin Square's achievements mirror our dedication to sustainability and high-quality property management" stated Dóra Papp-Vas, ConvergenCE's Leasing Director. She added, "Throughout the past year, numerous new tenants have joined us, and we are proud to host international and Hungarian companies such as Trax Retail, Atos, Eviden, Alpiq, Faludi Wolf Theiss, and Philip Morris." This is further evidenced by the fact that two new tenants have been nominated for the Office of the Year Award – Bimfra, and Atos and Eviden – with detailed results to be announced soon.

A lease contract signed in the fourth quarter of 2024 brought a new international tenant to Kálvin Square. CBRE represented the tenant, while the ConvergenCE team represented the property owner. With this additional tenant, the building's occupancy has reached 99 percent, with only one 155-square-meter office space remaining available.

ConvergenCE continues to develop Kálvin Square with the aim of staying aligned with international market trends, operating sustainably, and integrating smart technological solutions. Recent developments have included implementing an NFC-based access control system (TabLog), replacing boiler and BMS systems, modernizing and foiling elevators, repainting stairwells, applying resin to the garage ramp, and equipping common areas with LED lighting.

Future developments are equally impressive: An automatic car wash will be completed by 2025, followed by the installation of an intelligent thermostat system and a license plate recognition and parking reservation system. Kálvin Square aims to obtain Wiredscore and WELL Health & Safety certifications, with building foiling expected by mid-2026.

"The continuously expanding tenant base and building developments demonstrate that our approach, built on sustainability and innovation, aligns with future office market trends. We continue to strive to make this building not just an office space, but an inspiring community environment that facilitates collaboration—a place where people enjoy coming to work while providing a sustainable and modern workspace," summarized Kinga Halász, ConvergenCE's Leasing Management Representative.
