Returning to TriGranit after nearly a decade, Marta will oversee leasing activities for key projects, including Signum in Warsaw and Bonarka for Business in Kraków, while also supervising leasing strategies across TriGranit’s broader portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe.       

With over 20 years of experience in the Polish and European real estate markets, Marta brings extensive expertise in leasing, asset management, and commercial strategy.

I’m also delighted to be back in the Warsaw and Kraków office markets, reconnecting with my agent colleagues and industry peers with whom I have collaborated for so many years.”

Marta most recently served as Leasing and Asset Management Director at Yareal, where she was responsible for leasing office and retail spaces, including the developer’s flagship office investment in Warsaw, LIXA, and the retail component at SOHO by Yareal. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Avestus Real Estate, NEINVER, Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, GTC, and TriGranit itself.

An accredited mentor and member of EMCC, Marta is also a distinguished graduate of several MA and postgraduate programs at the University of Warsaw, Jagiellonian University, AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Warsaw School of Economics, and Harvard Business School.
