Leading PR agency Uniomedia and consultancy Arthur D. Little are among the new tenants, while existing occupants like leading BIM-specialist architecture firm BuildEXT have extended their leases. This achievement underscores the appeal of the building's premium features and the effectiveness of ConvergenCE's tenant-focused leasing strategy.

The ZenGarden office building has added two major new tenants in the second quarter of 2024. Leading Hungarian PR agency Uniomedia and international consultancy Arthur D. Little have signed long-term leases. Both companies will move into their new offices by the end of the year. ZenGarden offers flexible office layouts, a central Buda location, modern infrastructure, and unique features such as a Japanese garden and panoramic views of the Parliament.

Further showcasing the building's appeal, BuildEXT, one of Hungary's fastest-growing BIM-specialist architecture firms, has committed to ZenGarden for several years. BuildEXT, a tenant since 2019, also plays a key role as a partner in ConvergenCE's office projects, including the design of the award-winning ACADEMIA Offices.

According to Csaba Livják, CEO of BuildEXT, the building's location, inspiring environment, modern amenities, and ConvergenCE’s tenant-friendly leasing strategy were crucial in their decision to extend. "As architects, it's essential that our office is housed in a building that meets contemporary standards in every respect. For our team of over 60, mostly from the Y and Z generations, an inspiring work environment is key, and ZenGarden stands out in this regard," added the CEO.

ZenGarden's success is demonstrated by the fact that the office building, with nearly 9,000 square meters of space available for rent, currently has only 640 square meters of vacant leasable space.

The modern office building in Buda features advanced technological solutions and holds a BREEAM “Very Good” sustainability certification. Tenants benefit from 170 parking spaces, bicycle storage, and showers. Additionally, a 24/7 reception service and an on-site grocery store enhance convenience.
