The launch of this environmentally conscious and innovative service supports ConvergenCE's sustainability efforts while expanding the range of convenience services available to tenants. CityZen has been awarded the BREEAM "Excellent" rating.

The new car wash at CityZen Office Building will be operated by Greenline Clean, a 100% Hungarian-owned, eco-friendly franchise known for its pioneering water-saving car wash and care technology. Utilizing state-of-the-art nanotechnology-based cleaning agents, Greenline Clean ensures high-quality cleaning and protection for vehicles using only 1 liter of water per car.

Árpád Maróti, founder and owner of Greenline Clean, highlighted the advantages of providing services in one of Budapest's most prestigious green office buildings: "At CityZen, located on the prominent Váci út, even more car owners will have access to sustainable car washing. This is a significant step towards a greener future, as traditional car washes can use 150-200 liters of water per car. With our technology, we will save the daily drinking water supply of a small Hungarian town each day."

The "A" category CityZen office building, with approximately 12,600 m² of leasable space, is located in the heart of Budapest's highly sought-after business district on the Váci út office corridor in District XIII. The building boasts excellent features and accessibility, and its BREEAM "Excellent" environmental certification places it among the greenest office buildings in the area. CityZen is also home to a Frei Café, SPAR store, and Doktor24 private clinic.

The car wash debuting at CityZen in July has already proven itself at ConvergenCE's downtown ACADEMIA Office Building. Opened in January 2023, Greenline Clean has become the benchmark for eco-friendly car wash services in the city center. The fully digital, app-based service is now available at over 50 locations across Hungary.
