ConvergenCE has entered into a new agreement for 1300 square meters of space in this state-of-the-art, technology-focused, and excellently located office building in Buda. The complex has achieved over 90% occupancy with this new transaction.

Relocating a large entity poses significant challenges. The process of moving numerous employees and workstations is the result of months of meticulous planning. Consequently, in this year's office market, leasing agreements for spaces exceeding a thousand square meters, which involve relocation, account for just ten percent of nearly 160 transactions. This is why the new tenant at ZenGarden has garnered special attention. Starting in September, they have moved into over 1300 square meters of office space, refurbished communal areas, and the building's inner garden services.

The negotiation, the entire transaction, was the outcome of a swift decision-making process," began Dóra Papp-Vas, ConvergenCE's Leasing Director. "Leasing such a vast area is always a significant challenge, and moreover, with the signing of the contract, another level of commitment awaits in the building. The speed of this deal was also facilitated by the flexibility of both parties. Our experience is that large companies tend to wait in the market, but there is still interest in excellently located, renovated, high quality properties, offering unique services.
