Built in 1992, Pódium office building was upgraded technically and aesthetically in 2015. The reception area and the lift lobbies were redesigned, a new show office was fitted out and a new four-pipe fan coil-system was installed. As a strong proof of the building’s attraction, more than one third of the total area was leased by three major clients in less than two months.

Six companies moved to Pódium between April and August 2016, occupying spaces from 380 to 950 sqm. The latest tenant is a state-owned company, which signed an agreement for 900 sqm and will move into the building next February. With this deal S IMMO Hungary has concluded lease contracts for over 87% of the total space. After only a few months two current tenants, CodeCool and Egon Zehnder are already expanding, increasing the occupancy rate to 92%. The exclusive broker of Pódium is Colliers International.

Pódium is located in Nagymező utca, with excellent public transport connections and with numerous services and shopping opportunities within reach. It comprises eight floors and a three-story underground garage. Each office unit has a private tea kitchen and a sanitary block. The building offers step-free access and is equipped with two elevators. It was designed to let in ample natural light, while the windows can be opened and internal shading is provided as well. The units on the upper floors have dedicated terraces and a common terrace on the 7th floor is available to all tenants.
