S IMMO: further potential in local market

Ms. Katalin Sermer, CEO of S IMMO Hungary Kft is quite optimistic for the future regarding Budapest office market. The company is ready for an upward period, expected developments of the last years resulted; the average occupancy rate is above 90% – she says.

Pódium: reloaded

Pódium office building took a flying start. Following a technical upgrade and facelifting, S IMMO Hungary’s flagship property was reintroduced to the market at the beginning of 2016. Within twelve months the overall occupancy of the 6,000 sqm building has reached 92%.

S IMMO: 15 successful years on the market

S IMMO office buildings strengthen market position

A new star has appeared recently and is rising on the office market in the downtown theatre district of Budapest. Podium Office building was vacated one and a half years ago, and has since undergone a complete renovation. The building is owned and operated by an Austrian investor, S IMMO AG and its Hungarian subsidiary, while marketing and the exclusive leasing consultancy is done by Colliers International Hungary. So is another office building in S IMMO’s portfolio: Blue Cube which received a BREEAM In-Use Very Good classification in the Asset and Building management categories.

Colliers and S IMMO join forces

Colliers International Hungary have won two additional exclusive mandate from the S IMMO Hungary portfolio: Podium, the uniquely fully vacant office building in the CBD submarket on the Hungarian Broadway; and Blue Cube, a recently refurbished office building on the Váci corridor, also the winner of „The office building of the year” People’s Choice Award at the 4th iroda.hu Awards Gala.
