The client is a Fortune100 multinational corporation in the US, which, thanks to JLL's successful tenant representation services, opens its first office in Hungary in the third quarter of 2018. With a real estate strategy developed jointly by JLL experts and the executives of the corporation, the tenant has found the best rental conditions in Advance Tower, where its SSC activities will be performed on 3,500 square meters.
