Siemens, a renowned corporate customer of JLL, is continuously working with the international real estate consultant worldwide. During the Hungarian tenant representation process a number of options were available thanks to the current active market conditions. After exploring and evaluating the options, WING Zrt's office development met all the requirements, which project will be the second phase of the Hungarian Nobel-Prize Winners' R&D Park.

The new headquarters will be built in district XI, located at 11 Magyar Tudósok körút. The software developer, in addition to its rural offices, is currently operating four office buildings in district XI. After moving in 2021, all the 1 500 employees of evosoft will be working in the same place.

Taking into account the organisation's business activity, it is key for them to play a leading role in the fourth industrial revolution, so the location decision was also based on the proximity of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and Eötvös Lóránd University. JLL's tenant representative Mária Starmann added: „In the course of our counseling, we aimed to deliver a solution to our customers that, both in location and design, is well suited to their main profile, the software and research development. Therefore, besides the proximity of universities, an innovative work environment and good accessibility were important aspects. I would like to highlight the high technical level of the new building, the high prestige of the location at Danube and the security of the project's feasability."

The development will be realized as the second phase of the Research and Development Park of the Hungarian Nobel Prize Winners, in addition the property will meet the needs of the future using the best high-tech solutions and will meet the highest environmental standards assured by LEED Gold environmental certification. Another advantage is the beautiful panorama of the Danube and the green environment, which provides an ideal office atmosphere for efficient and creative work for the colleagues.
