The Tempus Public Foundation  under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Capacities leases 2,000 sqm at the office building Greenpoint 7 – an environmental friendly A category office building in the 7th district, easily reachable by public transport. A lease contract for 2,500 sqm was concluded with another governmental organization for the Central Business Center office building located in the 2nd district. IMMOFINANZ Group has just started the technical refurbishment of this property – as well as for the Greenpoint 7 office building – in order to get the “BREEAM In Use certificate” for these buildings.

IMMOFINANZ has also managed to cover specific needs of ADR Logistics, who needed warehouse premises to store particularly sensitive and pharmaceutical goods. In Pharmapark they decided for 2,700 sqm specialized warehouse space, as well as a 300 sqm office area. Clusterhaus, who is supporting startup businesses, opened its first Hungarian 700 sqm office in the 13th District, at the Arpad Center. In addition, a number of smaller office spaces were leased in various IMMOFINANZ buildings by tenants like Hay Group (200 sqm) for a long-term period.

These results were made possible, among others, by the diversified offering and the quality of the portfolio. Moreover, these transactions reflect the efficiency of IMMOFINANZ’s asset management and confirm the company’s position as a significant investor on the Budapest real estate market.
