Éva Kömendy Sréterné as the new Head of Retail department further strengthens the company’s leasing activity. Éva has been working with JLL for eleven years. Earlier she was involved in the leasing and the planning process of shopping centres such as Allee, Corvin Plaza, KÖKI, and she supported the leasing team with other retail projects.

„Before my maternity leave the retail sector has been pretty complex, the shopping centre boom was followed by the economic crisis, which has reshaped clients’ expectations. There is a much wider service range to offer due to the technological progress, therefore I am very enthusiastic to face new challenges. Regarding my strategy, I aim to expand JLL’s retail division and deepen our good relationship with developers and tenants.” - Éva explained.
