Ágnes will specifically focus on both business development and on managing the existing portfolio as well, while the current MD’s, Balázs Györke and József Mózes will focus stronger on Project Management and Facility Management respectively.

Ágnes is coming over from White Star RE where she was the portfolio manager for 4 Immofinanz office buildings with about 120 000 m2 of GLA. Prior to that she held various Property and Asset Management positions within the RE industry in Budapest. Ágnes holds a technical degree in architecture and engineering as well as a degree in economy.
