The Iroda.hu real estate portal organized its fourth annual award ceremony on 6th February 2014. The event was attended by developers, consultants and service providers of the Hungarian office market. During the evening winners were named in seven categories like Office of the Year, Coworking Office of the Year, Innovation Award, Green Property Project of the Year, Office Building of the Year-People’s Choice Award, Facility Management Company of the Year and Office Market Personality of the Year. It was the third time that CBRE’s staff collected the award: Judit Varga won the title in 2011, Károly Katkó in 2012, and now Tim O’Sullivan received it.
 
Current property investment market is still challenging; however, it is full with new opportunities. This year iroda.hu award had a lead motive across all categories: innovation was a key decisive factor when voting about the nominees. The panel of the judges emphasized how successfully Tim innovatively adapted to the new world of investment and has built trustworthy and honest relations with the local community.
