Zsolt Kákosy brings with him 17 years of property expertise to CBRE. He worked for both local and international companies with various types of real estate in the fields of investment, development, asset and property management. He was board member of RICS in Hungary for 7 years. He joined CBRE from Raiffeisen Bank Group where he was Co-Managing Director of their Distressed Asset Real Estate unit for 3,5 years. Within the framework of Asset Services his main duties include lease management, marketing, centre management, finance management, facility management services and supervising the team.
