Only 11,11 % of the CA Immo office portfolio is vacant, whereby this number is almost half of the actual vacancy rate in Budapest modern office stock, which stands at 21, 02%.

„Thanks to our new or renewed transactions, we succeeded in raising the occupancy rate of our portfolio. In the January-October period CA IMMO has signed lease contracts for more than 51000 s qm. Great percentage of these transactions were renewals and extensions-said Peter Szalma, leasing manager at CA IMMO.

New tenants
Avon Hungary has set up their IT department in Capital Square, covering 800 sqm. Cushman & Wakefield represented the Tenant and DTZ acted on behalf of CA Immo.
Hilpea Voima Kft   has signed for more than 1000-, Gróf Róbert EV for 1000, while Mentavill Kft for 200 sqm in DunaCenter.

Renewals
Hewlett-Packard has renewed its contract in Bartók Udvar, covering 9500 sqm. This has elevated the office building’s occupancy rate to a record level of 98%. STC has decided to stay in Buda Business Center, covering 100 sqm.
The restaurant of City Gate has also renewed its 800 sqm contract.
