Office Garden I represented by Robertson Hungary has won a new tenant therefore occupancy of the office building nearly reached 90%. BME- Infokom Innovator Nonprofit Kft., concerned in Research and Development activities has rented the entire second floor of Office Garden I.

This year CBRE is involved in the leasing services of one of the iconic properties of Budapest - decided the owner of Alkotás Point, Heitman. Since September 2013, the iconic office building of Budapest’s southern gate, the Alkotás Point belongs to the offices represented by CBRE. The A-class office complex made up of three wings is managed by the American real estate firm, Heitman since 2012, who refurbished both the common areas and mechanical parts of the buildings with an - in Hungary previously unique - investment of 2.5 million Euros.

Jones Lang LaSalle selected as new leasing agency of MOM Park Towers and BC 140

The international property advisor Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has been mandated by a global real estate investment manager as co-exclusive letting agent of their BC140 and MOM Park Tower office buildings. JLL share leasing mandate with DTZ on BC140 and with Cushman&Wakefield on MOM Park Towers.
