New, Class A office building to be built in Debrecen

The construction of a new Class A office building was announced in Debrecen. The 22,000 sq m office building will be constructed using the latest technical and eco-friendly solutions, and it will be the largest office building in Eastern Hungary. The building, set to be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2018, is designed by Bord Architect Studio; office leasing, green certification and project consultation will be provided by the Hungarian office of Colliers International.

Techwave Moves to CityZen Offices

GE Opened a Cosy Restaurant for its Employees

GE opened a special canteen in Váci Greens office building for its own employees. The 1100 sq m restaurant on the ground floor of building B was constructed by DVM group, and was designed to create a cosy eatery and meeting place for the leading global digital company’s personnel.

WING launches Skylight CITY office building development

WING is transforming the Material Center building, which until now has operated as a shopping mall, into a high quality yet cost-effective office building, giving it a new lease of life both architecturally and in terms of its function. The building, which has an area of over 20,000 square metres, will be fully converted and renovated to a high standard, to be reborn as the Skylight CITY office centre. The preparatory works have already begun, and offices are already available for rental in the building.
