The Hungarian insurance company, NN Biztosító, signed a 5,500 m2 office lease agreement in the next building of Váci Greens, Building F, which is still under construction. The construction of the 24,300 m2 Váci Greens F is in full swing and according to plans, with its first tenant moving in June 2020.

According to the registered leasing activity during the third quarter, between January and September of 2018 JLL's tenant representation services have finished first place in the real estate advisors' ranking with a total of 36,143 sq m leased office space in Budapest.

IMMOFINANZ rents more than 14,000 sqm of office space in Budapest

IMMOFINANZ, one of the leading players in the Hungarian office market, has signed various lease agreements in the first half of 2018 accounting for more than 14,000 sqm of its Hungarian portfolio. This is equivalent to 9% of its current overall leasable office space in Budapest. Of this figure, new and expanded leases sum up to 5,800 sqm and prolongations account for more than 9,000 sqm.

Anchor tenant Celanese was the first to move into just completed Promenade Gardens office building last week, now occupying their new 4,200 sqm headquarters. They will soon be followed by Citibank Europe, as the Hungarian Branch Office of the global bank is setting up its new 8,000 sqm Budapest office from 1 December in the A+ category property owned by Erste Open-Ended Real Estate Fund and developed by Horizon Development.
