New tenant in Akadémia Bank Center

The Akadémia Bank Center office building greets its new tenant. The lease contract for more than 400 sq m office space has been signed by the Confederation of Hungarian Employers and Industrialists, the biggest national economic business federation of the employers. DTZ Hungary was representing the Landlord while Colliers International was acting on behalf of the Tenant.

SUCCESSFUL LEASING IN ALKOTÁS POINT

With the contribution of DTZ two new tenants are moving to the exclusive office building, Alkotás Point. One of the tenants is Strusoft, a dynamically growing IT corporation specialized in the development on engineering software. The other tenant is an industrial service provider.
