Busy year in BC140

Two new tenants moved in and two existing tenants decided to renew and expand their leased premises in BC140 office building, announced DTZ Hungary international property adviser representing the Landlord. The occupancy ratio has nearly doubled in the past 6 months. Arrow Hungary renewed and expanded in total for 1,310 sq m.

Leasing developments in Business Center 91

The office market has experienced an ongoing recovery in the recent period. This is also reflected by the results of CPI Hungary (former Ablon), as it has increased by 20% within a year the ration of the leased premises in the Business Center 91 Office Building. From the second half of the last year increasing activity on the lease market could be observed, thus time has come, in addition to extensions, for the expansion of leased premises and conclusion of new lease agreements as well.

Various organizational units of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court await the clients at an area of almost 6,000 square metres in the M3 Business Center as from August. Building ‘A’ of the office complex has been almost fully filled as a result of the agreement concluded with the Court.

Another IT company - Fornax ICT - choses the M3 Business Center

Fornax ICT, a recognized company operating on a high professional level in both the domestic and international IT-sector, is the new tenant of CPI Hungary’s M3 Business Center. Fornax ICT signed the leasing agreement pertaining to the spacious up-to-date offices found in Building B of the Center on Hungária Boulevard, with the assistance of Cushman & Wakefield international real estate adviser.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER ABLON CHANGED NAME TO CPI HUNGARY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW OWNER

2014 - From 15th of May 2014 Ablon will change its business name to CPI Hungary and will operate under the brand CPI Group. This change is a logical result of the completed sale of the Hungarian developer and its takeover by the Czech real estate CPI Group that happened in 2Q 2013. „CPI ensures great opportunity for developing our activities.
