Hungary's Number One Coffee and Tea Company Moves to Alkotás Point

The D. E. Master Blenders 1753 (formerly known as Douwe Egberts) has signed a lease contract for 877 sq m in Alkotás Point office building with the assistance of CBRE. The tenant was introduced by Property Support.

Veeva Moves to Alkotás Point

Veeva Systems Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based software for the life sciences industry, signed a long-term lease for 1,300 square meters of space in the Alkotás Point office building. With this deal the building’s occupancy has increased to over 90 percent. CBRE represented the landlord during the negotiations, while Eston introduced the tenant into the building.

SUCCESSFUL LEASING IN ALKOTÁS POINT

With the contribution of DTZ two new tenants are moving to the exclusive office building, Alkotás Point. One of the tenants is Strusoft, a dynamically growing IT corporation specialized in the development on engineering software. The other tenant is an industrial service provider.

This year CBRE is involved in the leasing services of one of the iconic properties of Budapest - decided the owner of Alkotás Point, Heitman. Since September 2013, the iconic office building of Budapest’s southern gate, the Alkotás Point belongs to the offices represented by CBRE. The A-class office complex made up of three wings is managed by the American real estate firm, Heitman since 2012, who refurbished both the common areas and mechanical parts of the buildings with an - in Hungary previously unique - investment of 2.5 million Euros.
