Alkotás Point is located in the central part of Buda, in district XII, bordered by Alkot Street, Győri Street and Csörsz Street.
Due to the location between the Southern Railway Station and the Novotel Hotel, it is easily accessible from the Pest side via Elisabeth Bridge and Margaret Bridge, as well as from Budaörs and Vienna via the M1/M7 motorway.

Date of publication: 2002 The modern, "A" category office building won the Budapest Architectural Award of Excellence in 2003.
