IVG has prolonged lease contract for 8000 sqm

One of IVG’s most significant tenants prolonged its lease contract to nearly 8000 sqm in Infopark E, D and RiverPark – offices buildings managed by IVG. IVG closed a succesful first semester: By the end of June, Infopark E office building reached 86 % and Infopark D 94% occupancy rate. Similarly, 85% of RiverPark Offices has been rented out.

A significant transaction has been completed on the investment market in Hungary. The buyer, a German private equity investor, represented by Colliers International purchased StefániaPark office building located in the 14th district of Budapest. The seller, IVG was represented by JLL. The parties have agreed not to disclose the exact purchase price.

Busy summer at IVG Hungary

IVG Hungary closed a successful, busy summer this year. During the season, the company signed lease contracts for more than 2200 sqm in total. The prestigious OTP Mobil Szolgáltató Kft. chose RiverPark, an office building under IVG Hungary’s management, moreover IVG Hungary signed new lease contracts with CEDA Kft and Digital Apes for nearly 700 sqm of the centrally located Oktogon Ház.
