Skanska has sold Building B of the Green Court Bucharest office complex. The property has been acquired by investment company Globalworth Real Estate Investments, which already owns Building A. The Green Court Bucharest scheme is Skanska’s first office development in Romania.

Skanska started the construction works of its seventh office building in Budapest. Nordic Light, as it has been named, is being developed on inner Váci road, the main office corridor of Budapest. Phase I is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2016.

Skanska sells Green House in Budapest

Skanska Property Hungary has sold its internationally awarded Green House office project. The new owner of the green office building is the Hungarian open-ended property fund Torony Real Estate Investment Fund managed by Diófa Fund Management, a member of FHB Group.

Zoltán Linczmayer will become Managing Director of Skanska Property Hungary as of April 1, 2014. He will lead Skanska’s commercial property development business in Hungary and oversee all aspects of operations.

Green House approaches fully let status with MSCI

One more big international company voted for Green House. Hungary’s first and only LEED Platinum certified office will be home to the Hungarian headquarters of MSCI as of 1 March 2014. The global provider of investment decision support tools will occupy 3,694 sq m of office space on the fourth and sixth floors in the 13th district property.
