IMMOFINANZ has signed a new lease for more than 5,000 sqm of space in the recently modernized myhive Haller Gardens office building. The new client will lease a gross space of 5,420 sqm on different floors throughout the office building.

E.ON Hungária Zrt., the Hungarian unit of the E.ON Group has decided to move its Budapest site to BakerStreet, developed by ATENOR Hungary. E.ON will occupy their new Hungarian headquarters from the second quarter of 2024 on 16,200 sqm, in the first phase of the BakerStreet office campus.

myhive Haller Gardens won the BIG SEE Architecture Award 2021

myhive Haller Gardens revitalization project won the BIG SEE Architecture Award 2021. The award ceremony, cancelled last year due to the pandemic, took place on 5 May in Ljubljana, where representatives of the Viador Átrium Group, the architects involved in the project, received the award.
